This year's 3rd annual Viking Vines & Vintners Wine Tasting Event, a Gourmet Wine Tasting Tour of our Sponsoring Vintners, will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 6:30PM.

We are pleased to offer a special wine tasting event at the La Jolla Country Club where guests will sample major grape varieties from our sponsoring vintners. Upon arrival, each guest will be greeted with valet parking and, at check-in, receive a special wine tasting glass inscribed to commemorate the event. Our talented hosts will, at each wine station, describe each wine offering for your personal evaluation, interspersed with lively social interaction… all with the backdrop of our live piano player. The tasting will include delicious dinner items to complement your favorite wines. You will sample each vintner’s most spectacular offerings, both European and Domestic, while overlooking La Jolla from the Country Club's hilltop vista. The event typically sellsout, so we arranged with the La Jolla Country Club to add capacity. The event now will accommodate 400 guests and is likely to be sold out.
