Principal’s Evaluation SubCommittee: Next meeting to synthesize survey results into a single evaluation TBA
Update/Status of Hiring Waiver
Update/Status of Counseling Staffing
Summer Reading Assignments: will there be any, and if so, what is the plan for communicating with students and parents?

New Business:
Campus Security: reports of cocaine use in the bathrooms, particularly girl's bathroom; security cameras in the hall; overall campus security
Neighborhood concerns about rental of Edwards Stadium to outside groups
Senior Exhibitions: would we want to apply for exemption from this district requirement? Concern is that all the judging is done by parent volunteers/no staff involvement
Blast-Off: can clubs sell T-shirts? They can be produced by the art department for approximately $2.50 per shirt
Nominations/Confirmations for next year’s Site Governance due
Next Meeting: scheduled for June 15 (graduation practice and first day of final exams). Can we vote to change it to June 8 (one week before)
