Although not specifically a fund-raising entity, LJHS PTA is happy to provide small minigrants to help teachers purchase additional materials for their classrooms in order to benefit all their students. Teachers, please review the minigrant guidelines (click here) before going to the online application (here). You must fill in the online application, print it and submit it online. (The online version will be used directly by PTA for processing). You will ALSO sign the form you just printed, forward it to your department chair and to the LJHS principal for signature. If you have attachments (detailed descriptions from a catalog, etc...), please turn them in with the printed form. Thanks. |
